Just like getting to know a pair of prescription glasses, or a fresh pair of kicks, it takes a few days for your feet, body & brain to adjust to the new foot feels. Then, naturally, the body can take a few weeks to show signs of tissue repair and pain relief. Therefore, we want to give you the best chance of settling into your new Emily Braidwood footbeds & to let them work their magic!

Not sure if the EB footbeds will work for you? We get it. A new fan-dangle product needs a solid returns policy - so we have it! We encourage you to try the footbeds for 30 days in all your shoes. If after 30 days from receiving your footbeds you are not raving about them to your bestie, then we will happily pay the return shipping and provide you with a full refund or organise an exchange.

Here’s how it works:

Email us at returns@emilybraidwood.com with your order number or details of your purchase from one of our stockists. One of our support gurus will be back in touch with return address details and a $10 refund to be used for Registered Post. After we receive your package, we will refund your purchase within 5 business days. Simple!
