Insoles for Flat Feet.

Increase your stamina, performance & comfort!

Think you may have flat feet?

DO YOU:

A) Stand with your arch near the floor? When you stand, are you unable to place a dessert spoon under your arch without lifting your arch away? Do you wear down your shoes on the heel quite quickly? Do you have trouble increasing your exercise load and speed?
It’s likely you have feet that over pronate (flat feet).

B) Suffer with pain in your arch, ankle, heel, knees, hips or lower back that responds to treatment but keeps coming back? Your pain is exacerbated by increased standing, walking and exercise. You feel better when you’re in more structured footwear i.e. running shoes and boots? It’s likely you have symptomatic flat feet.

Rollin’ in.

Rolling inwards is essential for shock absorption - which is why our unique insole designs encourage a normal range of pronation at mid stance. However, when the foot rolls in too far (over pronation), the bones, joints and soft tissue of the foot and leg are placed under excessive strain, which can lead to acute and chronic injury such as osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis and stress fractures.

Stand corrected.

Simply adding the right type of insoles to your shoes can make a huge difference to your overall comfort, posture, performance, injury prevention and pain management. Our philosophy is to add our balanced support system, so you can get on with doing what you love without compromising shoe style.

In addition, specifically strengthening your arch muscles keeps your feet in ship shape. To do so, create a bridge with your arches by lifting up and away with focus on the back part of your arch and keeping your big toe joint on the ground. Hold your bridge at the top and then slowly release your bridge to flatten back towards the ground. Repeat 10 times each day.

“I’ve tried hard innersoles before and they made my feet hurt more! My feet no longer ache and I can go hiking without any knee pain. I will definitely be buying more!”
